Rachelle Morlok

President and Co-Founder
Board Member

Rachelle lives in Kansas City, MO with her husband and 2 children.  She has dedicated her life to sharing the gospel of Jesus all around the world. Rachelle has spent the last 20 years sharing the gospel in several nonprofits. different ways. Being a Young Life leader, a leader for Campus Crusades for Christ. She volunteers for 3 missions in Africa. Rachelle over saw educational homes, running hygiene clinics in schools and facilitated women's conferences deep in the jungles of Northern Thailand. If she is not doing missions, you can find her in the great outdoors with her family doing everything from hiking to kayaking.

Her desire is to see women love themselves for whom God made them to be. She has a passion for working along women as they recognize how to become a confident leader that the Lord has called her to be.  She oversees the administration and Funding for Bloom International worldwide

Amanda Doyon

Chief Operating Officer

Amanda, and her 2 children live in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, she works as a Concierge for a credit card company as well as being a Licensed Realtor. In 2021, Amanda joined Real Life Church KC and felt compelled to begin volunteering with Bloom International. She now feels purposefully fulfilled. through her volunteer experiences.

Amanda serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bloom. Her position is to keep inventory, upload/ input volunteer and participant documentation, as well as event planning. Amanda looks forward to how much Bloom is growing as well as going on her first mission trip to Thailand.

Zeb Morlok


Board Member

Zeb Morlok is a devoted husband and father with a passion for serving both his family and his community. Alongside his wife Rachelle, they share the joys of raising their two children while embarking on a decade-long mission journey in Southeast Asia. A committed member of Real Life Church in Belton, Missouri, Zeb actively promotes strong family values and encourages men to take on leadership roles within their households. He finds fulfillment in mentoring younger husbands, teaching them how to support and empower their spouses while fostering a harmonious environment at home. In addition to his dedication to family and faith, Zeb is an entrepreneur and community leader. He is the proud owner of Xplore's Pack, a backpacking store located in Belton, catering to outdoor enthusiasts with quality gear and expertise. Zeb also wears the hat of a realtor, skillfully navigating the housing market to assist clients in finding their dream homes. With his diverse interests and unwavering commitment to serving others, Zeb Morlok exemplifies a true role model within his community, advocating for strong family bonds, personal growth, and community development.

Cathy Stansell


Board Member

Cathy Stansell has been married to her husband Rick for 43 years. They have one daughter, Niki, of whom is 32 years old. She attends Immanuel Baptist Church in Shawnee, OK. She has dedicated 40 years of service to to the Lord. Some of her ministry opportunities  have been working with crisis pregnancy centers along with running multiple food and clothing pantries.

Cathy's passion is advocating for and protecting children through educating people on abusive behavior.  Her goal in life is to be obedient to the Lord and His ways.

Brooke Hill

Board Member​

Brooke Hill has been married to her husband Rob for 23 years, and they have 3 daughters.  She attends Raytown First Baptist Church, in Raytown, MO., where she is lead teacher for the MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) group. 

Brooke is a Register Nurse, and her knowledge is instrumental to the Women's Hygiene and Self-Care Program. In her free time she loves to cook, workout, and is a Thirty-One bag consultant.

David Cook

Board Member

Deeply rooted in his faith, David is an active member of his local church in Kansas City, where he generously dedicates his time and talents to various ministries. He is married to Becca and they have 4 children together. David is  In pursuit of this mission, David oversees the coffee operation at Bloom International, a role that encompasses everything from procurement to sales. Through this endeavor, he not only ensures the quality of the product but also channels the proceeds towards supporting initiatives that uplift and empower vulnerable individuals.  In both his personal and professional endeavors, David exemplifies a spirit of service, generosity, and dedication. His commitment to his family, community, and faith is a source of inspiration to those around him, and his efforts leave a lasting impact on the lives he touches.

Andrea Johnson

Board Member

Andrea Johnson, a dynamic entrepreneur and philanthropist, hails from Kansas City, Missouri, where she currently resides. As the co-founder of two innovative startup processing businesses, Andrea balances her time and expertise in the realms of insurance, retail, and hospitality. Her dedication extends beyond the business world, as she is deeply involved with Rotary International and various organizations they serve, channeling her passion for community impact. Additionally, Andrea serves on the business committee for the non-profit organization Geeks for Kids, further exemplifying her commitment to empowering and uplifting others. Andrea is excited to bring her skills and passion to serve on the board for Bloom International, where she looks forward to contributing to their mission of global empowerment and development. With a blend of entrepreneurial spirit and compassionate leadership, Andrea Johnson continues to make a profound difference in both the business landscape and the lives of those she serves.
