Ann Shippee is honored to serve as Vice President of the Board of Directors for Bloom International. She is passionate about encouraging women to embrace their God-given identity, walk confidently in their calling, and become all God created them to be.

As the owner and leader of a third-generation agricultural business, Ann has spent nearly a decade building lasting relationships rooted in trust, integrity, and service. Through years spent in agriculture, she has developed a deep appreciation for cultivation and growth—a perspective that continues to shape her passion for seeing women flourish in Christ.

Ann believes leadership begins with serving others and strives to lead with humility, compassion, and excellence in both business and ministry. Whether in the workplace or in everyday life, she sees every opportunity as a chance to reflect the love of Jesus and faithfully steward the gifts He has entrusted to her.

Ann is known for her servant's heart, genuine compassion, and ability to encourage others through both life's celebrations and its challenges.
