Virginia provides prayer support, spiritual guidance, and accountability, helping ensure that Bloom International remains rooted in its mission, vision, and biblical values.

A Kansas City, Missouri native, Virginia brings a wealth of experience as a customer service executive, volunteer, prophetess, spiritual coach, and survivor. Her life is a testament to God's faithfulness, and she is passionate about encouraging others to discover hope, healing, and purpose through Christ.



Virginia is the founder of C.O.C. (Cover Our City) Outreach Ministry, a donor-supported organization dedicated to connecting individuals and families with essential resources while sharing the love of Christ throughout the community. She has devoted her life to serving others, advocating for the marginalized, and creating opportunities for people to experience transformation.

Her heart for prayer, unwavering faith, and commitment to serving others make her an invaluable member of the Bloom International leadership team. We are grateful for the wisdom, compassion, and spiritual insight she brings as we continue empowering women, children, and communities both locally and around the world.
